My oil percentage was not reset. While not life altering, I use that to determine when my next oil change is due, not the miles. I talked to the service person about a black oil like substance that I found coming out of my tire while out of town, he told me it could not be oil or any other fluid as the tires don’t have any but an animal must have urinated in it. :( this definitely wasn’t my best experience at Wilson County Chevrolet.

My vehicle had a bent wheel on it when delivered. The ride was rough and on my we owe you sheet, it was supposed to be fixed. It wasn't after 2 times of the vehicle being worked on. The technicians only balanced and rotated the tires. 2 starts because my salesman was Great until now, wont respond when I sent that the issue still isn't fixed and a picture of the bent wheel after having another shop look into it.

The scheduled service took a while because I guess they were short handed. When I finally got my vehicle back they tried to charge me even though I have a service plan. If my husband hadn't asked me which card to use I never would have known until I had been charged because they told him we owed for the service. Then, when my husband got in the truck it was like they had either left the windows down or the door open because it was raining the entire time and the driver's seat was soaked along with the driver's side door, and my husband's wallet that was inside the driver's door panel. We tried to schedule service about a month ago for a Saturday due to the service appointment availability during the week being slim and our work schedules. We were told there were no Saturday appointments available and that we were added to the wait list to be called once one opened up. We never got a call and I just happened to check the website and book for the soonest available Saturday appointments. It makes me wonder what's the point in us paying for the service plan if our maintenance is never done on time due to scheduling conflicts. Our oil changes were well over due. This is the only negative experience we have had so far, and I really hope it doesn't become a trend.
